Student Ministries

Hey Everyone,
This is the first post of the new year. The blog has changed a little to meet our needs as we ring in the near year. There will be some more changes to the Student Ministries Tech Department as we are still figuring out how we are going to run things. I appreciate everyones hard work and am blessed to be over this ministry! Thank you everyone for your patience with me.

Schedules
You might have noticed them on the left. the schedules will come out a little over a month in advance probably around the 15th of each month you will see a new schedule appear.
If you can't make a shift and you have already been scheduled please let me know as soon as possible.. not the day of! It is not a problem if you can't make it but we need to know ahead of time so we can find a suitable replacement.

Training
You also might have noticed that on the schedule next to some of the names it says training. what that means is exactly what it says. Those people will be training under me and the amount of training needed for each specific area of ministry will vary Sound might take only 3 Training days where Lights will probably take 5 -6. once you are approved for an area of ministry it will go on a list that i will pull from when im making the schedules. I try to make sure everyone gets a chance to run what they would like to
